Returns & RMA

We want you happy with your VulcanTunes purchase. This policy explains how to return an item and how refunds and warranty replacements work.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be in unused, resalable condition with any included parts, accessories, and original packaging. Items that are installed, modified, or damaged by misuse may not be eligible except where a warranty or the law requires otherwise.
How to start a return (RMA)
Please email us with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. We'll review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Where applicable, we'll provide a prepaid return label. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping
For returns due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind or ordering-in-error returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless we state otherwise. We recommend a trackable method — we can't process a return we don't receive.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within a few business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Exchanges & wrong fitment
If you received the wrong item, or you ordered a product that doesn't fit your motorcycle, contact us — we'll help you exchange it for the correct product. Please confirm fitment (your bike's year and model) before reordering; our on-site assistant and product pages can help.
Defective or warranty items
If a product arrives defective or fails under any applicable warranty, email us with your order number and a description (photos or video help). We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at no return-shipping cost to you.
